TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
A maximum of 7 days after the registration of the order may be necessary to ship the order. The ordered product is sent by the postal circuit to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times are between 3 and 20 working days depending on the type of delivery chosen by the customer. As of May 19, 2021, only priority delivery is available due to limited air travel from Japan. The average time to be delivered is 8 days.

To allow Proximityjapan.com to execute its delivery obligation, the customer must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. The customer must indicate the street number, the building number, the staircase number, the entrance access code, the name and surname of the recipient and his telephone number.

The company Proximityjapan.com is responsible for the defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery as provided for in Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code.


The buyer shall verify the conformity of the delivered package upon receipt.

He will have the right to refuse the delivery if it seems obviously non-conforming. In case the package or its content seems damaged, he will have to make written reserves with the carrier. The customer will have the choice to either return the package to Proximityjapan.com for a standard exchange or to ask for a refund of the price paid, in which case the customer will have to communicate his credit card number.

RETRACTION AND RETURN
If the buyer wishes to return an order, he/she must first contact the customer service department at the following address: support@Proximityjapan.com

The customer relations department will then indicate the steps to follow.

The customer will have to specify the reason of his return, the reference of the article as well as the number of his order.

In any case, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from delivery to request an exchange or refund of part or all of his order.

The costs of returns are at your expense.

The buyer's right to a refund or exchange is valid only for unworn items returned in their original packaging. In the case of a request for a refund of an article having benefited from the free or reduced carriage, the carriage costs according to the tariff in force will be deduced from the amount of the refund.

The costs of participation in the shipping of the order are offered for deliveries in metropolitan France and the rest of the world.

In case of refund, the customer will be refunded the amount due, after receipt of the product by Proximityjapan.com within 30 days, by bank transfer.

DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING TRANSPORT, ORDER ERROR, LOST PACKAGE
If the product arrives damaged at your home, or does not contain the expected content, contact immediately the support of the site. We will work with you to find a solution.

It is important to note that without proof that the package was damaged in transit, or that products are missing, we cannot commit to a full refund.

It is possible that the French postal services lose your package on the way. This is very rare, but it happens. In this case, please contact us by email and we will tell you what to do.

That said, Proximityjapan.com's policy is customer satisfaction above all. We will take care of you and in the vast majority of cases, a refund is made on the spot, if your choice was not to receive a new package with identical products.

CUSTOMS FEES AND VAT
With the law on the 1st of July 2021 on the sending of products to the EU, customs fees and VAT are to be expected. These are borne by the end consumer, ie, you.

We are working on the assumption of these elements by our site. It will be necessary to wait a few weeks so that we sign papers and find solutions to take charge of all this. In the meantime, they remain at your charge.

The customs and VAT are to be paid only at the RECEPTION OF THE PACKAGE by card or cash for the account of the customs services. Under no circumstances should a third party service take care of this, it is probably a scam.
